Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gmail Follow-Up Reminder Chrome extension ("the Extension"), operated by nhamingroup ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

The Extension is a Chrome browser extension that helps users set follow-up reminders for emails inside Gmail. It is provided in two tiers:

• Free — Up to 10 active reminders, basic snooze options, browser notifications. No payment required.
• Pro — $5/month, unlimited reminders, custom date/time picker, recurring follow-ups, daily email digest, priority support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Pro subscription. By using the Extension, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account & License Key

The Free tier requires no account. For Pro, a license key is issued by our payment processor (LemonSqueezy) upon successful payment and emailed to you. You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. Sharing or distributing your license key violates these Terms and may result in immediate revocation without refund.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $5/month or annually at $39/year (save 35%).
• Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (lemonsqueezy.com). Their terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the LemonSqueezy customer portal — your Pro features remain active until the end of the paid period.
• We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund for Pro subscriptions. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Extension or any Pro license key
• Use the Extension to send unsolicited bulk emails, spam, or anything that violates Gmail's or Google's terms of service
• Use the Extension for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Extension or license validation

7. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its source code, design, and content, is the property of nhamingroup and is protected by copyright laws. A Pro subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension's Pro features — it does not transfer ownership.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will be delivered at the exact scheduled time (browser notifications depend on the user's operating system, Chrome being running, and other factors outside our control).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall nhamingroup be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, missed emails, lost business opportunities, or loss of data — arising out of or in connection with the use of the Extension. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from Chrome. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Pro features if you breach these Terms, including license key sharing or abuse. In case of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Extension, its features, or these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam.
