Does this extension read my emails?
No. FollowUp only reads the thread ID and subject line to set up your reminder. Your email content is never accessed, stored, or sent anywhere. Everything runs locally in your browser.
Does it work with Google Workspace accounts?
Yes. FollowUp works with any Gmail or Google Workspace (G Suite) account. Just install and use it like normal Gmail.
What happens to my reminders if I uninstall?
Since all data is stored locally in Chrome, uninstalling the extension will remove your reminders. We recommend exporting your list first (Pro feature).
Is there a refund policy?

How is this different from Gmail's Snooze feature?
