You are eligible for a full refund of your Pro subscription if you request it within 14 calendar days of the original purchase or renewal date. No justification is required.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of the request. The refunded amount returns to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase are generally not eligible. However, we will consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for documented technical issues that prevent the Pro features from working on your system, where we are unable to resolve the issue.
Annual Pro subscriptions follow the same 14-day refund window from the original purchase date. Renewals (after the first year) are eligible for refund within 14 days of the renewal charge.
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund for the current paid period — your Pro features remain active until the period ends. If you want both a cancellation AND a refund, request the refund explicitly within the 14-day window.
The Free tier requires no payment, so no refunds apply.
Once a refund is processed, the associated Pro license key is revoked. The Extension will revert to Free tier functionality on next license validation. Your locally stored reminder data is not affected.
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer — we offer no-questions-asked refunds within the 14-day window, so a direct request is faster and easier for both sides.
