1. Giới thiệu

ShopReply là một Chrome Extension giúp các chủ shop online tự động trả lời tin nhắn khách hàng trên Facebook Messenger và Zalo. Extension sử dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) chạy hoàn toàn trên máy tính của bạn để gợi ý câu trả lời dựa trên cơ sở dữ liệu hỏi-đáp mà bạn tự tạo.

Chúng tôi cam kết bảo vệ quyền riêng tư của bạn. Chính sách này giải thích cách ShopReply xử lý dữ liệu của bạn.

Nguyên tắc cốt lõi: Mọi dữ liệu của bạn đều được xử lý và lưu trữ TẠI MÁY TÍNH CỦA BẠN. Không có dữ liệu nào được gửi đến máy chủ bên ngoài.

2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi truy cập

ShopReply truy cập các dữ liệu sau chỉ trên trình duyệt của bạn:

  • Tin nhắn chat: Đọc nội dung tin nhắn trên Facebook Messenger và Zalo để hiểu câu hỏi của khách hàng.
  • Cơ sở dữ liệu hỏi-đáp: Các cặp câu hỏi-trả lời mà bạn tự tạo và nhập vào extension.
  • License key: Mã kích hoạt bản quyền được lưu tại máy.

Quan trọng: ShopReply KHÔNG thu thập bất kỳ dữ liệu phân tích (analytics), đo lường sử dụng (telemetry), hay bất kỳ dữ liệu theo dõi nào.

3. Lưu trữ dữ liệu — 100% tại máy của bạn

Toàn bộ dữ liệu được xử lý và lưu trữ tại máy tính của bạn:

  • Cơ sở dữ liệu Q&A: Lưu trong file SQLite tại máy của bạn.
  • Xử lý tin nhắn: Thực hiện bởi backend server chạy tại localhost:3939 trên máy của bạn.
  • AI/LLM: Nếu bạn sử dụng Ollama, mô hình AI cũng chạy hoàn toàn tại máy (local).
  • License key: Lưu trữ trong bộ nhớ cục bộ của extension (Chrome storage).

Không có dữ liệu nào được truyền đến bất kỳ máy chủ bên ngoài nào.

4. Chia sẻ dữ liệu

Chúng tôi KHÔNG chia sẻ, bán, cho thuê, hay chuyển giao bất kỳ dữ liệu cá nhân nào của bạn cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào.

ShopReply không sử dụng cookie hoặc bất kỳ công nghệ theo dõi nào.

5. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba

ShopReply chỉ tương tác với hai dịch vụ bên ngoài:

a) Xác thực bản quyền (License Validation)

Khi kích hoạt license, extension gửi chỉ license key và device ID đến một Cloudflare Worker để xác minh. Không có dữ liệu cá nhân hay dữ liệu chat nào được gửi.

b) Thanh toán (Payment Processing)

Việc thanh toán được xử lý bởi:

  • LemonSqueezy — cho thanh toán quốc tế (thẻ tín dụng, PayPal, v.v.)
  • SePay / VietQR — cho chuyển khoản ngân hàng tại Việt Nam

Extension không bao giờ tiếp cận thông tin thanh toán của bạn. Mọi giao dịch được xử lý trực tiếp bởi các nền tảng thanh toán nói trên theo chính sách bảo mật riêng của họ.

6. Giải thích quyền truy cập

Dưới đây là các quyền mà ShopReply yêu cầu và lý do:

Quyền Mục đích
storage Lưu trữ cài đặt extension và license key tại máy của bạn.
notifications Gửi thông báo khi có tin nhắn mới cần trả lời hoặc khi có cập nhật trạng thái.
alarms Lên lịch kiểm tra định kỳ trạng thái kết nối với backend cục bộ (health-check).
host_permissions Truy cập nội dung trang Facebook Messenger và Zalo để đọc tin nhắn chat và chèn câu trả lời gợi ý.

7. Quyền riêng tư trẻ em

ShopReply không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không có chủ đích thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân từ trẻ em. Nếu bạn là phụ huynh và phát hiện con bạn đang sử dụng extension này, vui lòng liên hệ với chúng tôi.

8. Thay đổi chính sách bảo mật

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách bảo mật này theo thời gian. Mọi thay đổi sẽ được đăng tại trang này với ngày cập nhật mới. Việc bạn tiếp tục sử dụng extension sau khi thay đổi có nghĩa là bạn chấp nhận chính sách mới.

ShopReply is a Chrome Extension that helps online shop owners automatically reply to customer messages on Facebook Messenger and Zalo. The extension uses artificial intelligence (AI) running entirely on your local computer to suggest replies based on a Q&A database you create yourself.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how ShopReply handles your data.

Core principle: All your data is processed and stored ON YOUR COMPUTER. No data is ever sent to any external server.

2. Data We Access

ShopReply accesses the following data only within your browser:

  • Chat messages: Reads message content on Facebook Messenger and Zalo to understand customer questions.
  • Q&A database: Question-answer pairs that you create and import into the extension.
  • License key: Your activation license key, stored locally.

Important: ShopReply does NOT collect any analytics, telemetry, or tracking data whatsoever.

3. Data Storage — 100% Local

All data is processed and stored on your own computer:

  • Q&A database: Stored in a local SQLite file on your machine.
  • Message processing: Handled by a local backend server running at localhost:3939 on your computer.
  • AI/LLM: If you use Ollama, the AI model also runs entirely on your machine (local).
  • License key: Stored in the extension's local storage (Chrome storage).

No data is ever transmitted to any external server.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT share, sell, rent, or transfer any of your personal data to any third party.

ShopReply does not use cookies or any tracking technologies.

5. Third-party Services

ShopReply only interacts with two external services:

a) License Validation

When activating your license, the extension sends only the license key and device ID to a Cloudflare Worker for verification. No personal data or chat data is sent.

b) Payment Processing

Payments are handled by:

  • LemonSqueezy — for international payments (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • SePay / VietQR — for Vietnamese bank transfers

The extension never has access to your payment information. All transactions are processed directly by the payment platforms above under their own privacy policies.

6. Permissions Explained

Below are the permissions ShopReply requires and why:

Permission Purpose
storage Save extension settings and license key locally on your device.
notifications Send notifications when new messages need replies or when there are status updates.
alarms Schedule periodic health-checks for the local backend connection.
host_permissions Access Facebook Messenger and Zalo page content to read chat messages and insert suggested replies.

7. Children's Privacy

ShopReply is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect personal data from children. If you are a parent and discover that your child is using this extension, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the extension after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
